Terms of Service

These terms apply to all services provided by A&N Web Services, a studio run by Maffi Bhall in Kaithal, Haryana, India (“we”, “us”), to you, the client. The written scope and quote we send for your project forms part of our agreement; if it says something different from these terms, the written scope wins.

• Every project starts with a free consultation. We then send a written scope and quote listing deliverables, timeline and price.
• Work begins once you approve the scope (email or WhatsApp is fine) and the advance payment is received.
• Anything not listed in the scope is extra work and will be quoted separately before we do it.
• We may decline projects that are illegal, harmful or outside our expertise.

• 50% advance before work begins and 50% on delivery, unless the written scope says otherwise (for example milestone payments on larger projects).
• Monthly services (maintenance, SEO, AI automation plans) are billed in advance each month.
• Payment by UPI or bank transfer. Prices are in INR for Indian clients (GST added where applicable) and in USD or as agreed for international clients.
• If a payment is more than 7 days late, we may pause work until it is cleared.

Domain names, hosting, paid plugins or APIs, WhatsApp Business API, telephony, AI usage (e.g. OpenAI/Groq), email services, stock images and advertising are paid by the client directly or reimbursed at actual cost, unless the scope says they are included. Accounts are set up in your name wherever possible so you stay in control.

• You approve the design before development starts, and review the build on a live preview link before launch.
• We refine the agreed work until you are happy with it, within the agreed scope. New pages, features or a change of direction after approval count as extra work.
• Feedback should be shared in one consolidated list per round to keep the timeline on track.

Timelines in the scope are estimates. They depend on you providing, on time:

• Accurate content, images, logins and information we need.
• Feedback within about 2–3 working days.
• Content and materials you own or are licensed to use.

Delays in these extend the timeline. You agree not to use our work for anything illegal, misleading or harmful.

• After full payment, you own the custom code, design and content we create for you.
• Third-party items (fonts, libraries, images, plugins, platforms) stay under their own licences.
• We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
• Our general know-how, internal tools and reusable components remain ours; you get a perpetual licence to use them within your project.

Every website includes 30 days of post-launch support for fixing issues in the delivered work. After that, changes and updates are covered by a maintenance plan or quoted separately. Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.

• Search engines and AI assistants decide rankings and answers themselves. We work on the factors that matter and report honestly, but no one can guarantee a specific position, traffic or number of leads.
• SEO results usually build over several months; results depend on competition, your website and your reviews.
• AI chatbots, voice assistants and calling agents can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing their scripts and answers and for how they are used with your customers.
• For calling agents and WhatsApp automation, you confirm you have your customers’ consent to be contacted and will follow applicable rules (including TRAI/DND regulations and WhatsApp policies).

• Before work begins: full refund of the advance.
• After work begins: the advance covers the work completed so far and is not refunded; if completed work is worth more than the advance, it is billed proportionally.
• If we can't deliver the agreed scope: we will fix it, or refund the proportion of the fee for undelivered work.

Refunds are paid within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

We keep your business information, data and login details confidential and use them only to deliver your project. Please share passwords through a secure method, and change them after the project if you prefer. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

We deliver our work with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profit or business), or for problems caused by third-party services, hosting providers or changes made by others. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We'll always try to resolve any disagreement by talking first; if that fails, the courts at Kaithal, Haryana have jurisdiction.
