1About A&N Web Services

A&N Web Services is a digital agency based in Kaithal, Haryana, India, operated by its founder Maffi Bhall. We provide web development, digital marketing, SEO, graphic design, video editing, and related digital services to businesses in India and worldwide.

2Services

• All services are custom-built per client requirements — no templates are used.
• Scope of work, timelines, and deliverables are confirmed via a written agreement or WhatsApp chat before work begins.
• We reserve the right to decline any project that conflicts with our values or capabilities.
• Service availability is subject to our current workload and capacity.

3Payments

• Pricing is discussed and agreed upon before any work commences.
• Standard payment terms: 50% advance, 50% on project completion — unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept UPI, bank transfer, and other mutually agreed payment methods.
• All prices are quoted in INR for Indian clients and USD for international clients.
• Late payments beyond 7 days from the due date may result in project suspension.

4Revisions & Deliverables

• Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as agreed in the project scope.
• Revisions outside the agreed scope may be billed separately.
• Final files and source code are delivered upon receipt of full payment.
• We provide free revisions until you are 100% happy, within the agreed project scope.

5Timelines

• Project timelines are estimated and communicated at the start of each project.
• Delays caused by the client (e.g., late content delivery, feedback delays) will extend the timeline accordingly.
• We provide weekly progress updates via WhatsApp.
• Force majeure events beyond our control are not grounds for penalisation.

6Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information and content required for project completion.
• Respond to feedback requests within a reasonable time (typically 48–72 hours).
• Ensure all content provided to us is legally owned or licensed by you.
• Not use our services for illegal, harmful, or unethical purposes.

7Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, all custom work (code, designs, content) becomes your property.
• We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request confidentiality in writing.
• Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) remain subject to their respective licences.
• Our internal processes, templates, and tools remain our intellectual property.

8Cancellations & Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

9Limitation of Liability

A&N Web Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, or data. Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the relevant service.

10Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the project. We will not share your business information, strategies, or credentials with third parties without your explicit consent.

11Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kaithal, Haryana, India.

12Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued engagement with our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
