A&N Web Services (“we”, “us”) is a founder-led website development, SEO and AI automation studio run by Maffi Bhall in Kaithal, Haryana 136027, India. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through www.anwebservice.com, our forms, our AI assistant ANexa and our direct communication with you. We process personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

We only collect what you choose to give us, plus basic, anonymous usage data:

• Contact form: name, email, phone number (optional), the service you're interested in and your message.
• Free consultation / demo booking: name, email, phone, business name and type, services of interest, preferred day and time, and any notes you add.
• Blog updates: your email address, if you subscribe.
• ANexa chatbot: the messages you type in the chat window.
• WhatsApp, phone and email: whatever you share with us when you contact us directly.
• Usage data: pages visited, device and browser type and approximate location, collected through Google Analytics.

We do not collect card or bank details, passwords, OTPs or government ID numbers through this website. Please don't share them in forms or in the chat.

• To reply to your enquiry, arrange the call you booked and prepare a written scope and quote.
• To deliver and support the project you engage us for, including updates over WhatsApp, phone or email.
• To answer your questions in the ANexa chat.
• To send the blog updates you subscribed to (every email has an unsubscribe link).
• To understand how visitors use the website so we can improve it.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent, which you give when you submit a form, subscribe, start a chat or contact us, and for the legitimate purpose of responding to you and delivering services you request. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to us; this won't affect processing that already happened.

We never sell your data. We share it only with the providers that run our website and services:

• Vercel — website hosting.
• Supabase — secure database for form submissions, bookings and subscriptions.
• Resend — sending emails (form confirmations and notifications).
• OpenAI / Groq — generating ANexa's replies. Your chat messages are sent to the AI provider to create an answer; we don't save chat conversations in our database.
• Google Analytics — website usage statistics.
• WhatsApp (Meta) — when you choose to message us on WhatsApp.

Some of these providers process data outside India. Each has its own privacy policy, and we share only what is needed for the service to work. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Enquiries and booking details are kept for up to 2 years after our last contact, and project records for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting. Blog subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your data earlier at any time.

The website runs only over HTTPS, data is encrypted in transit and at rest by our providers, access to the admin area is password-protected and rate-limited, and only the founder can access enquiries. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable safeguards and will inform you and the authorities as required if a breach affects you.

We use Google Analytics cookies to measure website traffic and a login cookie for the admin area (not used for visitors). We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the website will still work.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you and how it is used.
• Ask us to correct, complete or update it.
• Ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent.
• Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf.
• Raise a grievance with us, and if unresolved, with the Data Protection Board of India.

Our services are for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
